We are not a foreclosure-rescue service.

BIC REA does clean cash purchases only — we acquire the property, you receive cash, and you no longer have any interest in the property. We do not offer sale-leasebacks, repurchase options, or services to "save" your home from foreclosure.

If you are facing foreclosure, your most important first calls are not to BIC REA:

  • HUD-approved housing counselor (free): consumerfinance.gov
  • Your loan servicer (free) — they may offer modification or forbearance
  • A Florida-licensed attorney (often free for an initial consultation)
